Your appointments are very important to me at Spoiled Rotten Nails,and they are reserved especially for you. Please note that: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING THE FULL POLICY BELOW ⬇️ (This policy will be also sent to email 📧 after booking the appointment) ⬇️ POLICY ⬇️ 🔘If you are feeling covid symptoms 🦠 emergencies or any signs of sickness 🤧please notify me via phone/text (preferably 24-48 hrs in advance) to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Same day cancellation will result as a NO CALL NO SHOW due to inconvenience of schedule for another client. 🔘 All appointments require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT⛔️ NO DEPOSIT NO APPT⛔️.( NO SQUEEZE INS 🙅🏽‍♀️) CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE APPLED IF A SQUEEZE IN IS NEEDED. 🔘 You have a 15 min GRACE period if running late, after 15 min a $10 LATE FEE ⚠️will be added to your service tab. If you are 20 min late your appointment is CANCELLED and marked as a NO-SHOW ❌ 🔘 NO extra guest ❌ NO kids ❌ (unless being serviced with a booked appointment) 🔘 Tip 💡: You are able to add more than one service to your booking by selecting more than one option ( For add ons as well). A separate appointment will be need to be booked if same service is needed twice. 🔘 ALL appointments are able to be rescheduled within a 24 hr time frame ( to reschedule your appointment refer back to email/text confirmation to reschedule) 🔘Please come with bare nails when getting a new set. If a soak off is needed please add it to your service when booking your appointment. Appointment will be canceled ❌ if this policy is not followed or result in full booked service booked fee with a fill in service ( no add ons) 🔘 One nail repair will be accepted on the day of appointment (fee will be added at the end of service). If repair is needed on multiple nails appointment will be canceled ❌ if not booked properly. 🔘 No set changes are allowed at appointment. Please be sure to book slots and time frames wisely. If wrong service is booked you will not 🙅🏽‍♀️ be able to change if same time frame isn’t matched with service that was booked. Come with color and design inspirations in mind, there are other clients booked in slots behind you. Considerations have to be made. 🔘 All services have details ℹ️ in the info button PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 🔘 ❌ No freshly damaged nail beds❌ I will not and cannot work over a freshly wounded damaged nail bed. This will lead to inflammation and possibly nail infections. Safety first. 🔘Remaining balance of service are due after service is rendered. 🔘 I do not mind cell phone 📱 during service. If your cell phone becomes a issue and interrupts my service time, you will be asked kindly to put your phone away and only granted use for 🚨 emergencies only. If continued to be a issue your appointment will be canceled ⛔️ and charged full service fee. If you do not agree with this policy your service then will be canceled and you will be banned from future bookings. I understand in todays time most people work from their phone, please refrain from booking if you feel like your phone will be a work issue during service. This is my job and there is a time frame that has to be met for service booked. ⚠️ CANCELLATION FEES⚠️ Less than 24 HR notice and NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the booked services amount. It will be charged to your client tab. If charge is declined as a violation of my policy, you will then be banned from future booking with me under no explanations needed. You will be thanked for being a client. Please be considerate of my time, this is a business. Nails is not my life. I will not mix personal relationships with business. 💌Please Keep in mind time may vary in between appointments but you WILL be next in my chair, There will be no rush so please do not book the day of anything important/urgent.
